The insert accommodates internal pitch ranges of 1.0–1.75 mm (28–14 TPI) and external pitches of 0.8–1.5 mm (32–16 TPI). Minimum thread diameters begin at ⌀20 mm for low-range pitches and ⌀21 mm for high-range pitches, supporting a broad array of thread specifications.
Made from MT7 carbide grade and coated with titanium aluminum nitride (ISO K10–K20), the insert provides excellent durability, heat resistance, and surface finish in high-speed cutting environments.
